Ian is an Edinburgh based photographer whose work has been showcased in publications such as the Scotsman Calendar and Scottish Field. His work is exhibited in the Bank of Scotland, and in private collections in the USA and Europe.

Ecosse Fine Arts stated, "Ian’s training in ecology has helped develop a fine detail which is reflected in his evocative landscapes".

Ian's son Kenneth designed and maintains the website. He holds an honours degree in Music Technology and an MA, with distinction, in Sound Design. Kenneth is the audio designer at Media Molecule working on PlayStation 3 title Little Big Planet. Check out his website GameSound.org.
